Early Reporting covering the week of December 10 to 23rd.

If you have a reporting period ending December 23, 2023, you can submit your report early. This helps to ensure that you receive your payments on time during the December 2023 to January 2024 winter holiday season.

• If you live in Ontario, in the Western provinces or the Territories, you can submit your report on Monday, December 18th after 7 pm
• If you live in Quebec or the Atlantic provinces, you can submit your report starting on Tuesday, December 19th after 7 pm (7:30 pm in Newfoundland and Labrador)

A reminder of the early reporting dates will be available through the Telephone Reporting Service and the Internet Reporting Service.

Payment Dates

Due to statutory holidays, the direct deposit dates for the December 2023 to January 2024 winter holiday season may vary. If you are expecting a mailed cheque, you will have to wait longer for your cheque to arrive due to the Canada Post mailing delay.

Normally, it takes about 2 business to receive your direct deposit after submitting your online/telephone report. 

If you have submitted your report between December 22 to 27, you will receive your direct deposit payment on December 29th.
