We were advised that Service Canada centres no longer carry income tack package (T1 General form and instruction book) for CRA. For more information on 2020 income tax return, you may visit CRA’s website at: canada.ca/taxes-general-package.

You may order your 2020 income tax paper package through the following way:

1. If you have filed your 2019 income tax with paper income tax form and your address was correctly registered with CRA, you will automatically received your 2020 income tax package by the end of February 2021.
2. Can you order your 2020 income tax package online through Canada.ca website. Click here to visit CRA’s website
3. You may also order the 2020 income tax package by phone by calling 1-855-330-3305 (English) or 1-855-330-3310 (French).
