If you need help completing your Service Canada forms or application because you do not have access to use Service Canada internet services, you may receive help from Service Canada Outreach Support Centre by calling telephone number according to the province you live in. Agents from Service Canada are not processing agents. They are only able to help answer general inquiries and provide general program guidance.

For any claim specific questions, you are still to call EI call centre at 1-800-206-7218 to speak to a EI call centre agent.

The centre is operating during normal business hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm local time.
