The Ontario region EI office will pioneer a new way of contacting EI claimant through email when they are unable to reach the client. Initially, the EI processing office will send a letter to claimant’s address, however, as of this week, the EI processing will start to communicate through a no-reply email.

EI claimant may not reply to the notification email, this email only invite them to call back EI call centre for communication.
