How to Contact Work-Sharing Program

Employers and employees participating in the Canada Work-Sharing Program can reach Service Canada through dedicated contact points. Whether you need help applying, submitting reports, or managing benefits, here are the official ways to connect with the right office.

Employer Contact Centre

Provides 24/7 automated service and live assistance during business hours for Work-Sharing and related services.

  • Registering for and using Data Gateway
  • Submitting enrolment sheets and weekly utilization reports
