Due to the Labour Day holiday on Monday, September 1st, 2025, all EI claimants (regular or special) may experience a delay of one or two business days in receiving their Employment Insurance direct deposit. Payment will be issued on Tuesday, September 2nd, and it may take up to 2 business days to process from your bank.
